No?
Okay ...
Kroll appointed Administrators to Philips Trust Corporation Limited ("the Company").
'Oh, now we're hearing the whole story.'
Shut up!
Geoff Bouchier and Jimmy Saunders, both of Kroll, were appointed Joint Administrators of Philips Trust Corporation Limited ("the Company") on 22 April 2022.
So?
The Company, which is based in Manchester and was incorporated in 2017, was established to provide corporate trustee and estate-planning services to consumers. It administers approximately 2,400 trusts, each of which holds either residential property, cash investments or both.
Fine. But what does Geoff say???
Geoff Bouchier, Joint Administrator, states: "There has been concern regarding the Company's affairs for several months so it will be a relief for the Company's clients and creditors that independent professionals have now been appointed to the Company. We are immediately undertaking a review of the Company's financial position and that of the clients' estate and trusts with a view to updating the Court with our key findings, including the proposed methodology to deal with the ongoing administering of the trusts and proposal for distributing trust assets to clients."
Well, good luck, Geoff!
The Joint Administrators will be contacting clients and creditors of the Company formally in due course confirming the appointment and setting out the next steps.
Fair enough.

Anything else? Music?!
I've been rehearsing The Future with the new structure and without the finished lyric and it's a badass rock song of roughly five and a half minutes and it's pretty much a Smells Like Teen Spirit situation which means it's far more powerful than your average rock song and ... it definitely deserves its tenth place on the BIG TEN list. That's basically what I'm saying. Well, I just said it.
...
Oh, Christ ... you know those greatest songs of all time lists on the internet? Most of them are bloody ridiculous. 'It's all subjective, boss.' I know, Voice, I know. But some people have absolutely no taste or discernment at all. I'm talking ... NONE!!!
That's why - as an artist - you need a BIG TEN of songs, and maybe even a BIG TWENTY ... with ballads, and rock songs, and pop songs, all sorts. And don't concern yourself with writing "The Greatest Song Ever" ... it can't be done. There's safety in numbers when it comes to great songs. Really great songs. And you need ten. You need twenty. You need to keep going ... forever!
'But when do you rest???'
After the final curtain, man.
'Oh.'
You dig?
Laters.
