Who?! What?!
Ah, it's Arthur's younger brother. The nice Rimbaud!
'Don't be silly, boss. It's Timothee Rambaud.'
According to Timothée Rambaud, Co-Founder and Managing Director: "This LBO operation marks a major milestone that sets Legalstart apart in the French and European market. It opens up some really exciting opportunities. The recent initial public offering of the leading US online legal services provider was also a big inspiration and highlighted what's possible in our sector. We're fortunate at Legalstart to have attracted so many talented people and our executive committee and all our operational teams are working hard to drive our leadership forward."
Yeah, I suppose. [Voice is always spoiling my fun, the idiot.] But let's start at the beginning of this PR email!
Legalstart is building on its profitable growth strategy and cementing its leadership in the field of legal, accounting and administrative services for SMEs by carrying out an LBO (Leveraged Buy-Out) led by its two founding directors, with OMNES Capital providing a unitranche debt facility, and growing its acquisition capacity. ISAI Expansion investment fund, a shareholder since 2019, is also consolidating its stake in the company.
Legalstart is now France's leading provider of online legal and administrative services to SMEs with more than 300,000 users assisted since its launch in 2014.
Legalstart offers an extensive range of fully digital services to help French entrepreneurs set up and manage their own companies. Legalstart has radically changed the French legal landscape in recent years and steadily established its position as the sector's benchmark platform. Hundreds of thousands of users have been won over by its user-friendly and concrete solutions and Legalstart is now synonymous with new tools that reduce administrative complexity and promote the spirit of enterprise.
Yeah, okay.
Now, let's hear from Timothy Rimbaud. 'We've already heard from Timothee Rambaud.' Yes, Voice.
Uh.
Okay, let's hear from Pierre Aidan. 'Ha! I thought you were going to say Pierre Cardin for a moment.' Why would I say that?! 'It's the perverse mood you're in.' Yeah, yeah. Whatever.
Pierre? Come on, son!
According to Pierre Aïdan, Co-Founder and CEO of Legalstart: "We're delighted to have the support of ISAI and to have convinced OMNES private debt team to get onboard. Everything has moved incredibly fast since our launch and this operation marks a new milestone in our growth. The project's profitability combined with our hyper-growth potential were key factors in the success of this operation. We're more excited than ever by the idea of delivering seamless services to all entrepreneurs and self-employed people by helping them set up and manage their businesses under optimal conditions."
Nice one!
Good luck with it, anyway. 'Yeah, good luck, guys!' Shut up, Voice.

'Hang on, boss!'
"We're extremely happy to increase our stake alongside the founders and managers of Legalstart; the path taken since we made our investment in 2019 has been remarkable, with the scaling-up of the business, and the outlook is equally outstanding. We all have complete confidence in the teams and the model implemented today, and we share the same ambition to continue investing in order to seize the opportunities ahead of us," says Nicolas Martineau at ISAI.
'And -'
"We're delighted to support Legalstart, which delivers a straightforward and efficient digital solution for all entrepreneurs planning to set up and manage their own businesses. We were won over by the founders who have managed to grow a profitable business from day one. By expanding its management team, the company also recently made clear its ambition to achieve strong, managed and sustainable growth," says Benoît Faguer of Omnes Capital.
Well ... I'm lost for words. I really am.
Except for these three -

Anything else? Motivation? Okay.
Life has absolutely no meaning.
That doesn't mean you should do nothing, kook(s), no!
You should do ONE THING all the time to make a mockery of the NO MEANING, and be THE BEST at that thing.
That's all you can do.
One day, you want to find yourself in this position. You dig?
Bye.
Oh, and let's help this kid make his dream a reality.
Laters.
