All right. Let's do it - !!!

Long-term mutual funds (+€61.2 bn) posted net inflows for July 2021.
Money market products (+€43.3 bn) posted net inflows for July 2021.
The overall fund flows for mutual funds and ETFs in Europe in July amounted to estimated net inflows of €104.5 bn.
Money market funds (+€43.4 bn) were the best-selling asset type overall for July 2021.
Equity Global (+€16.9 bn) was once again the best-selling sector among long-term funds.
France (+€32.3 bn) was the fund domicile with the highest net inflows, followed by Luxembourg (+€23.8 bn) and Ireland (+€21.0 bn).
Amundi (+€10.3 bn) was the best-selling fund promoter in Europe for July, ahead of BlackRock (+€9.3 bn) and BNP Paribas Asset Management (+€5.5 bn).

Fair enough. / Detlef?

Detlef Glow, Head of EMEA Research at Refinitiv Lipper, comments: "European investors were further in a risk-on mode over the course of July even as the situation with regard to The Thing in Europe started to worsen over the course of the month. Nevertheless, it was no surprise that July 2021 was another positive month for the European fund industry since the promoters of mutual funds (+€92.9 bn) and ETFs (+€11.6 bn) enjoyed inflows.

The overall flow pattern in Europe showed that investors continued to be in risk-on mode in July despite high inflows into money market products. In more detail, investors bought further into risky assets as long-term funds (+€61.2 bn) enjoyed the highest inflows. In addition, money market products (+€43.3 bn) enjoyed estimated net inflows. In line with the general flow pattern, Money Market EUR (+€39.0 bn) was the best-selling classification for the month."

Nice one, son! 'Keep up the good work, Detlef!' Yeah, yeah.

Anything else? Music?

Yes, I'm still writing about music because there's nothing else to write about unless ... you want me to write about finance ... ?

Are you serious, dear reader(s)?! Christ! Detlef should be enough for you. Aren't you satisfied?

Voice, there's no need for that.

Anyway ... I've finally decided ... after a bit of doubt, like ... that Mighty Soul is my best song. 'Yippee!' Yeah.

So this will definitely be the demo -

Mighty Soul

And as long as my performance doesn't let me down ... that's got to lead to a recording contract.

Or I swear I'll buy a one-way ticket to St Ives and then jump into the sea. 'Is that a promise, boss?' What do you mean, is that a promise? 'Ha!'

'They'll get you when you come back in, anyway.'

No they won't. You know I can't live my life in a cage, man.

Er ...

What else?

Okay, okay. Fitness!

Listen! This is what I do now: fifty push-ups a day, Monday to Friday, and fifty reps of dumbbell curls, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You dig? I'm in the best shape of my life, although I still need to lose fat. 'You're not as skinny as you were when you were eighteen.' Yeah, who is? 'Mick Jagger.' Shut up!

Later(s), kook(s)!
