Refinitiv: Lipper European ETF market report - June 2020

Okay, okay. We all know what this is. 'It's the PR email from Detlef and the gang, boss!' Yes, Voice. Everyone knows. Be quiet.

From the Lipper team at Refinitiv:

Er, yes, here it is -

Positive Vibration.

Amazing!

Obviously, dear reader(s), our Detlef has a thing or two to say. 'It would be disturbing if he didn't, boss.' No it wouldn't! I'm sure there are times when Detlef can't be bothered with any of this. 'But it's his job!' Yes, Voice. And what have I told you? 'A man is not his job.' That's right.

Sometimes we just want to be free individuals. Naked on the earth, staring at the sky. Wondering, wondering ... Why? Why? Why?

Anyway ...

Detlef Glow, Lipper Head of EMEA Research at Refinitiv, comments: "As the security markets further recovered from the lockdown-induced downturn caused by the onset of The Thing, June was another positive month for the European ETF industry. ETF promoters enjoyed inflows during the month.

"The combination of above average inflows and the positive performance of underlying markets led to an increase in assets under management from €798.5 bn as of May 31, 2020, to €830.0 bn at the end of June. The increase of €31.5 bn for June was driven by the performance of the underlying markets (+€17.8 bn), while the net inflows contributed €13.7 bn to the increase in assets."

Thank you, Detlef.

ENDS

...

Anything else? Music? I have a new musical fragment which might lead to something. I don't know yet.

I'm still obsessed with those two songs that don't exist. Never mind. I'll have to be patient, I suppose.

Oh, I don't need them for the album, no. All those songs are ready, man.

Rehearsing? Yeah, I'm still rehearsing. There's nothing else to do while The Thing is around.

It's another big delay, sure, but at least my performing is improving all the time.

Listen! One day, we'll get back to normal, all of us, the whole world. And then there will be music to surprise everyone! Ha, ha, ha!

Let's stay positive, kook(s)!

Laters.
